Food Microbiology and Shelf Life Determination

In this workshop, we will cover the basics of food microbiology and how to carry out a shelf-life trail to determine the durability of your finished product.

How do you know how much shelf life to put on your product? What are the microbiological risks with your product?

During this workshop, we will provide a practical introduction into food microbiology, hurdles to prevent bacterial growth in food and how to extend the life of your product. Cooking validations, cooking instruction validations and routine microbiological finished product and environmental sampling.
