Labelling and Nutritional Information
Are your food and drink product labels in line with the latest Food Information Regulations? Do you know if the claims you are making on your labels are accurate and legal? Are you correctly declaring ingredients and allergens? The Technical Team can provide advice and support to ensure your labels are compliant, including for products being exported (including USA labelling).
Using industry-recognised software, The Technical Team will analyse your product recipes and will provide you with a full nutritional analysis. From these results; legal product claims can be established, as well as front of pack traffic light information (includes products being exported to USA).

Lab Testing Analysis
We can recommend local, reputable laboratories who can test your food and drink products, we will recommend the test that you need to have undertaken, set specification parameters and will help you to interpret the results.
